These instructions are for iPhone users who have OLD iPhones and cannot download APPs from the APP store

. The iPhone requires a UDID to be captured before an APP can be deployed.

This can be one in one of two ways –

a) Open this webpage in “Safari” on your iPhone. Follow steps: [sdm_download id=”753″ fancy=”0″ button_text=”Get UDID”]

1. Click “Tap to find “UDID” get1

2. Click “Install” get2

3. Click “Install Now” get3

4. Enter your iPhone Passcode: get4

5. Click “Send UDID via E-mail get5

6. In the “To” email address, enter support@hiddenspark.com. Click “Send”. DONE! You will be contacted with instructions to install the Time Tracker IOS App. get6

or

b) Connect the Iphone to your computer and open up iTunes.
When you click on the device “Serial Number” it will reveal the UDID

2. Please provide the UDID – email support@hiddenspark.com .

3. Once we have confirmed your UDID, you will be able to install the Time Tracker App below by clicking the link on your iPhone.
NOTE: please wait for confirmation (email or SMS) before installing this App, otherwise the App will not work on your iPhone.
