Steve Manoussakis – Founder

In 1977 Evolution Services Australia was founded by Steve and Kathy Manoussakis. Together they lay the foundation for the strong organisation that Evolution Services Australia has become. Over the years there have been many changes to both the cleaning industry and Evolution Services Australia.

 

However, Evolution Services Australia’s core values are the same today as they were at their inception. Steve founded Evolution Services Australia on the principles of quality, trust and reliability and whilst Steve has passed the reins of Evolution Services Australia to his son George, he still plays an active role within the Company and his values and legacy run strongly through Evolution Services Australia’s culture.

 

George Manoussakis – Managing Director

With over 30 years of commercial cleaning experience George possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the Commercial Cleaning Industry.   His desire to ensure the best outcome for Evolution Services Australia’s clients and a belief that that cleaning should not only deliver bottom line results, it should also create better experiences has enabled Evolution Services Australia to grow from strength to strength.

 

Experience, Communication, strategic thinking and insightful management of every client that he and the Evolution Services Australia team undertake has made Evolution Services Australia one of the largest and respected commercial cleaning companies in Australia.

 

Prabin Shrestha – Finance Manager 

An experienced  Finance Manager with highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills, Prabin has over 15 years experience in the commercial cleaning industry. He is a business leader who successfully works cross-functionally with all our business partners to develop and implement strategic plans and knows all our clients intimately.

 

Prabin possesses the innate ability to develop strategy, achieve goals targets.  He works closely with the Operations Manager and Contracts Manager to ensure that all our contractual obligations are met and that both the client and staff are satisfied.

 

John Conomos – Operations Manager

His extensive knowledge of the cleaning industry ensures that John knows what is required for every aspect of the job.  His experience combined with a keen eye for detail and hands on approach make John the best person for the role of Operations Manager.  John relates well with his staff and works seamlessly between Evolution Services Australia’s clients, his supervisors and cleaners in the development and maintenance of all operational cleaning processes to ensure that all jobs are completed proficiently.

 

Key to keeping our clients up to date with what is happening on their site, and maintaining our standards with full transparency is the Evolution Services Australia reporting system and John’s management of this program.

 

Peter Vrahas – National Contracts Manager

Peter manages all activities related to the preparation and submission of all tenders. Peter possesses a proven ability to deal with competing demands and manage multiple projects with a significant degree of autonomy.

 

His attention to detail coupled with analytical skills allow him to assess and establish the requirements of each individual tender and ensure that all factors are taken into account when presenting the best price without compromising on the quality and standards that Evolution Services Australia have built and run their company on.
